Fall Course = September 2013
Morning class (10AM-1PM)    September 17 (Tue), 18 (Wed) or 19 (Thu)..4 classes in 8 weeks
Evening class (6:30-9:30PM)   September 24 (Tue), 25 (Wed), or 26 (Thu)...4 classes in 8 weeks

Winter Course = January 2014    ... to be announced ....

There are 4 classes in 8 weeks (exception of Spring Course). You will pick the starting date (see above) and then you come on the same weekday every other week. Classes are demonstrations in international cooking, 7 to 9 recipes each session. Cost includes free coke, coffee and snacks. The food which is prepared in class is sampled at the end of class.

Space is limited. First Come - First Served. If you wish to enroll, please send the REGISTRATION FORM and check. If you plan to attend the same day as a friend, please mail your checks together or enclose a note with your friend's name. For the Winter Course, your check will not be cashed or your credit card billed until April 1, 2013.

Organize your own group - garden club, gourmet, reunion, kitchen shower, etc. - for a special cooking class with a minimum of 30 people - maximum 40 people. CALL for more information. If you plan a party or convention, call for information

P.S. You must be between 21 and 101 years old to attend the cooking classes.

Call for reservation on special children's HOLIDAY CANDY HOUSE class ...DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED... at 11 AM or 2 PM. $25 for 1 adult and 1 child, $5.00 for each additional child. Profit is donated to P.A.W.S. (a no-kill shelter) and The Elephant Sanctuary.
